SERVICE POLICY

• The payments should be made before availing of our services except face-to-face appointment.

• All payments relating to face-to-face appointments should be made at the clinic indirectly.

• The user’s session booking(s) will not be confirmed until the payment is received by our platform

• Multiple-session package offerings are offered by the platform according to special offerings by CM therapists.

• All purchases expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The fee per session is dependent on the selected CM therapist and is inclusive of tax (if any).

REFUND POLICY

If an individual cancels the session, the refund amount provided to the user will be based on when the cancellation was initiated.

Initiation of Session Cancellation:

More than 12 hours of the scheduled session, then 100% refund provided to the user in his/her Miracle wallet.

• Refund is credited back to CM e-wallet (Miracle Wallet) and is treated as an unutilized amount within their current balance and can be used to book a new session (within the validity period of the package). This refund will be considered as an unutilized amount for the purpose

Less than 12 hours of the scheduled session, then Rs 250 /-will be refunded to the user in his Miracle Wallet.
